Mr. Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has described the low turnout witnessed in the Saturday Governorship and House of Assembly elections as a result of rigging that took place in the Presidential and National Assembly elections that were held last two weeks.
The PDP candidate made this known after casting his vote at Ajiya polling unit 02, Gwadabawa ward of Yola North Local Government Area of Adamawa state.
Atiku said the low turnout been witnessed is as a result of rigging that took place in the last Presidential election.
Abubakar condemned the participation of the military in an election and said that is unconstitutional and must not be allowed to happen.
He has at the Polling Unit reaffirmed his determination to challenge Mr. Muhammadu Buhari, the All Progressives Congress victory in court and has asked his supporters to be patient and wait for the court ruling.
