Buhari Supporters Need Help, Please Pray For Them—-Moses Ochonu

Mr. Moses Ochonu, has said why he believes those who support Buhari need prayers.

Ochonu said Buhari borrowed 2 trillion naira to fund the 2018 budget alone, and hemorrhage 8 million jobs in three years according to figures released by the National Bureau of statistics.

He also disclosed that APC under Buhari led government recorded a net loss of foreign investment and his administration is tainted by record company closures and bankruptcies.

He pointed out Buhari is selling bonds in the billions of dollars to fund projects and the budget. And has added billions of dollars to the external debt, trillions of naira to the domestic one, and raided the NLNG fund for billions.

He wondered why Buhari will say he may sell public assets and legacy public enterprises to fund next year’s budget.

And yet the economy is flat, dysfunctional, and on the brink of recession.

Moses said, hardship has intensified. And, despite APC and Buhari propaganda about domestic rice production, a recent international survey found that Nigeria is the world’s second biggest importer of rice.

Now, in a rather absurd and ironic climax to this litany of failures, your own Bureau of Statistics says it has no money to collect data on the state of the economy, unemployment, poverty, etc.

Moses said, this is a picture of catastrophic failure of economic management. Put quite simply, Buhari and his team are in over their heads as far as the Nigerian economy is concerned.
