November Election: Kogi APC reject Gov Bello, petitions Buhari, says he has achieved nothing in four years

Members of the Kogj State All Progressives Congress (APC)  chapter have sent a petitioned to  Mr. Muhammadu Buhari, the Nigerian president registering their rejection of Mr. Yahaya Bello, the Kogi state Governor.

In the petition, the members asked the president to ensure, Bello is not giving the party ticket to contest the November Governorship election.

The petitioners said, Bello received over N344 billion allocation and has nothing to show for it.

They say the governor is owing over 38 months salaries excluding arrears  and pensions.

Apart from accusing Bello of non performance, they said he is very violent.

Mr. Alex Kadiri, Convener, Kogi APC Stakeholders Forum, says the activities of Bello in the office has shown clearly, he lacks leadership abilities.

He accused the governor of not standing up for the people and subjecting them to suffering.

He reminded the governor that he was not elected by kogi people, pointing to him that he became a governor as a result of the death of Atiku Abubakar, who won the election and and died before the result was declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
